Najmasovniju primenu ova ma\u0161ina ima na pakovanju za zavr\u0161ne gra\u0111evinske radove poludisperzija i disperzija u posude od 1,2 i 1,7 kilograma. Koncepcija ma\u0161ine je takva, da se u automatskom ciklusu obavljaju sinhronizovane funkcije: uzimanje posuda iz \u0161ar\u017eera, doziranje sa odmeravanjem, uzimanje poklopaca, zatvaranje (pritiskivanje) usko\u010dnog poklopca i odlaganje punih zatvorenih posuda na prihvatni sto.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/youtu.be\/XXxUkso-ULM&#8221; el_width=&#8221;70&#8243; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;TEHNI\u010cKI OPIS&#8221; title_align=&#8221;separator_align_left&#8221; border_width=&#8221;6&#8243; el_class=&#8221;bold&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Ova jednoredna ili vi\u0161eredna, linijska, horizontalna ma\u0161ina radi u taktnom re\u017eimu rada, i prema vrsti pogona i na\u010dinu funkcionisanja predstavlja kombinaciju mehani\u010dkih i pneumatskih mehanizama &#8211; modula.<\/p>\n<p>Ulogu me\u0111ufaznog povezivanja svih elemenata ciklusa ma\u0161ine vr\u0161i transporter, koji prenosi posude od jednog mehanizma do drugog, sve do izbaciva\u010da posuda koji ih iznosi na prihvatni sto odakle ih radnik skuplja i zbirno pakuje.<\/p>\n<p>Transporter je postavljen na sopstvenom postolju u kome se nalazi mehanizam za podizanje i spu\u0161tanje, kojim se pode\u0161ava visina trake u odnosu na visinu posude koja se puni. Kada se pune posude od 1,2 kilograma transporter se postavlja u gornji polo\u017eaj, dok se za posude od 1,7 kilograma spu\u0161ta dole. Pogon podiza\u010da je elektromotorni. Doziranje je klipno, sa zapreminskim odmeravanjem koli\u010dine, a napajanje dozatora se vr\u0161i iz silosa koji se nalazi pored ma\u0161ine.
