Jedinica za oblaganje folijom se sastoji iz radne plo\u010de, mehanizma za formiranje i prebacivanje paketa, nosa\u010da kotura gornje i donje folije, motoreduktora za odmotavanje folije sa vitlima, pritiskiva\u010da paketa, kao i mehanizma sa pokretnim greja\u010dem (peglom) za odsecanje i zavarivanje folije. Svi ovi mehanizmi su postavljeni na zajedni\u010dkom postolju.<\/p>\n<p>Napunjene boce dolaze \u0161arnirnim transporterom do ma\u0161ine, gde se, na radnoj plo\u010di prvo formira paket u zadatom rasporedu, a zatim se aktivira prebaciva\u010d paketa koji pregurava paket, a ovaj sa sobom povla\u010di i film folije kojim se obmotava. Obmotavanje je zavr\u0161eno kada se spusti pegla koja zatvara folijom i \u010detvrtu stranu paketa, odse\u010de foliju i ponovo zavari krajeve gornjeg i donjeg kotura. Ovako obmotan paket dolazi na transporter koji ga nosi kroz komoru. Transportna traka pogonjena je motoreduktorskim prenosnikom, sa pode\u0161avanjem brzine kretanja trake. Komora za termoskupljanje je postavljena na postolje transportera, a u njoj se vr\u0161i zagrevanje folije i njeno priljubljivanje uz paket. Vazduh u komori se zagreva elektri\u010dnim greja\u010dima, njegova cirkulacija se ostvaruje pomo\u0107u aksijalnog ventilatora, a temperatura se reguli\u0161e pomo\u0107u termoregulatora. Komora je termi\u010dki izolovana staklenom vunom kojom su napunjeni zidovi, i zavesicama na ulazu i izlazu. Jedinica za hla\u0111enje paketa se nalazi odmah iza komore i ima zadatak da brzo ohladi foliju kojom je paket obmotan. Hla\u0111enje se obavlja u struji hladnog vazduha koju ostvaruje ventilator.
